Guest, Visitor, and Delivery Access at Campbell Mountain Estates
Campbell Mountain Estates is a gated community committed to the safety, privacy, and security of all residents. Our entrance gate helps maintain a peaceful environment while allowing convenient access for authorized visitors.
How Non-Residents Enter
All guests, contractors, delivery services (including USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and Blossman), and other visitors must use the call box at the main entrance gate.
The process is straightforward:
- Visitors use the directory to locate the resident they are visiting.
- The system contacts the resident directly.
- The resident can then grant entry remotely.
- This system ensures that only approved individuals enter the community.
- Gate openers (clickers) are available to residents: contact the Board for new and replacement openers.
Emergency Vehicles
- The system is equipped with a Siren Operated Sensor (SOS) and will open automatically for emergency vehicles.
Important Security Guidelines for Residents To protect our shared security system:
- Personal access codes are intended solely for household members.
- Please do not share your personal code with delivery drivers, service providers, contractors, or any other non-household individuals.
- Temporary guests or visitors should use the call box process rather than receiving shared codes.
- Please do not tailgate through the gate. Though tempting, this may cause damage to the gate system.
Rental Property Guest Access Short-term rentals are permitted in Campbell Mountain Estates. For rental guests:
- Access is managed through temporary arrangements coordinated with the resident owner.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring rental guests follow proper entry procedures via the call box.
- Permanent or ongoing codes are not provided for rental use; each booking requires fresh coordination.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation in following these guidelines; it contributes to the safety and enjoyment we all value in Campbell Mountain Estates.
