Campbell Mountain Estates (CME) is a gated residential community located in Waynesville, NC -  “The Gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains”. 

The community consists of ________ lots, _______ with _________ having homes constructed.

Residents are divided about equally between all-year and seasonal (primarily summer) residents.

 

CME is governed by the Campbell Mountain Homeowners Association, Inc., (CMHOA) through its Directors and Officers.

 

ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS:  The ANNUAL ASSESSMENT for 2024 is $1,000.00 per lot.  The ANNUAL ASSESSMENT for 2025 is expected to be set by the Board of Directors in time for the Membership to ratify it at the Annual Membership Meeting in October.  The ANNUAL ASSESSMENT for 2025 will be due on JANUARY ______, 2025.

GETTING HERE:  Access is from Fox Run Road off of Jonathan Creek Road, approx. 1 mile north of the Clarion Hotel. 
GPS or maps which attempt to guide you to CME via Moody Farms Road, off of Soco Road, should be ignored.  
A gate code or a “buzz-in” from an owner may be required for entry at certain times.
